Prize Money: $400 - Grand Champion, $300 - Reserve Champion $200 - Third Place & $100 - 4th Place Entry Fee: $20/head/class Pre-Registration Requested but not required 1. Read General Rules. 2. Animals will be shown from the trailer. 3. Exhibitors will be allowed to place one blocking chute and will be placed in an area provided and assigned by superintendent. 4. Market Steers and Market Heifers will be shown in class determined by weight. 5. NO ANIMAL WILL BE ALLOWED TO UNLOAD WITHOUT BEING CHECKED BY SHOW OFFICIAL. 6. Artificial coloring of hair, false hair, twine or foreign material will not be allowed. All cattle will be inspected prior to entry into the show ring and anyone found in violation will not be allowed to show. 7. Weigh in 3:00-5:00 PM on the designated scales provided, each exhibitor is responsible for completing entry forms with entry fee of $20.00 per head, per class & presenting both to show table. 8. First, Second & Third places will be awarded ribbons and premiums of $6, $4, and $2 respectively provided there are 5 in the class. The Grand, Reserve, 3rd & 4th place overall forfeit class money. 9. GRAND CHAMPION, RESERVE GRAND, 3rd & 4th PLACE OVERALL WILL BE SELECTED FROM THE TOP 2 OF EACH WEIGHT CLASS AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SHOW. 001 – Market Steers 002 – Market Heifer Breeding Beef Females Prizes include Ribbons & Premium Entry Fee: $20/head/class Pre-Registration Requested but not required 1. Check-in will be between 3:00-5:00 PM at designated location, each exhibitor is responsible for completing entry forms with entry fee of $20.00 per head, per class & presenting both to show table. 8. Breeding Heifers will be shown in class determined by classes. No individual breed classes will be established. 9. First, Second & Third places will be awarded ribbons and premiums of $6, $4, and $2 respectively. 10. GRAND CHAMPION, RESERVE GRAND, OVERALL WILL BE SELECTED FROM THE TOP 2 OF EACH CLASS AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SHOW. 11. Special best group of three class is any group of 3 females from any of the classes, this group does not need to be owned by one owner, but can have multiple owners. This class is not eligible for Champion. 003 – Junior Heifer Calves, after Jan. 2008 004 – Senior Heifer Calves, Sept. 1 through Dec. 31, 2007 005 – Summer yearling, May 1 through Aug. 31, 2007 006 – Spring yearling, Jan. 1 through April 30, 2007 007 – Senior yearling, Sept 1 through Dec. 31, 2006 008 – Best group of three, (See rule 10) | |
